PTFA
The school has a strong, active PTFA (Parents, Teachers and Friends Association) who hold regular fund raising events to support the school and to benefit the children. Please follow us on facebook or Instagram for our latest news (Search for St Andrews PTFA). If you would like to provide your support (in any capacity) we would love to hear from you via social media, email (ptfastandrews@gmail.com) or in person.

I joined the PTFA in 2016 and have never looked back! This is my final year (as my children leave in July) and I will miss my PTFA buddies and the role enormously. It’s hugely rewarding and an absolute privilege to be part of the team. ‘If school is the cake, the PTFA are the icing, the sprinkles and the cherry.'

I have four children and run my own business. Recently joined the PTFA as I love to see all children happy, and wanted to have a positive contribution into the brilliant social element to the school community that the PTFA bring.

Hello, I’m Amy and I am new to PTFA this year. I am a mummy of one, to my little boy Daniel whom has just started in Reception class September this year. I am most looking forward to bringing new ideas to PTFA and getting stuck in with all the events that are held throughout the calendar year.

Treasurer
I have two children at school, Izzy in year 6 and Jackson in Year 4 and it's my third year on the PTFA, my second as the treasurer. I originally joined as they were short of volunteers and I liked the idea of being a bit more involved with school but it's actually so much more than that. I've attended events I wouldn't otherwise have had the opportunity to be a part of, been involved in decisions on the extra fun stuff arranged for the children and my two children absolutely love being junior PTFA members and getting stuck in with events and fundraising.

Mum to three, member of the PTFA raising much needed funds to support the school curriculum-with a lot of fun things along the way. I would encourage all parents/carers get involved in helping us continue to provide much needed funds, creating fantastic memories for our children

Marketing/Social Media
I’m a busy working parent with two children, one currently in Year 4 and an older sibling who completed her St Andrews journey in 2021. I’ve been helping out at PTFA events for a number of years but for the last couple of years I’ve been looking after our marketing and social media presence. Between myself and Ellie, we try and keep you informed about everything going on!

Hi, my name is Ellie and I have been a member of the PTFA since 2020. My older two children currently attend St Andrews in Year 3 and Reception, my youngest will be starting in 2027! I thoroughly enjoy working closely with the school to help organise events and raise money for all the students to benefit from.
