 St Andrew's School operates its own Wrap Around Care 'TreeTops' on the school premises, both before and after school, during term time for pupils of St Andrew's. TreeTops has the same ethos and high expectations as our school. Parents wishing to use TreeTops should read the Policy & Terms and Conditions listed above, (paper copies are also available from the school office) before enrolling your child.

Payments are made in advance via our online system when you book your child's place - please ensure you book carefully.

Parent /Carers must ensure all bookings are made no later than 7pm for next day bookings

Parents/Carers are able to cancel or amend any booked session via the online booking system MagicBookings, 24 hours prior to the booked session.  All booked sessions outside the cancellation notice will become fully chargeable.

 The booking system will open for the academic year 2025/2026 opens on July 14th and you can book for the whole academic year, termly, half termly or ad hoc, whichever suites.

If you are in receipt of Universal Credits and will be wanting to claim childcare fees back we advise you to NOT book for the whole academic year and instead go for half termly. This is because when booking for the whole year, the total cost is split evenly into monthly payment, and this includes when we are closed for the holidays and UC will only reimburse payments made when the children are in school. Therefore your half termly payments will only cover when the children are in school.
